The IRH Pigeon Forge Housing Campus has four dormitory-style buildings with everything that a seasonal resident could need during their stay.
IRH recognizes that taking care of our residents goes beyond a clean, safe bed to sleep in – providing all-encompassing care to residents allows the diverse community that fills the halls of IRH to thrive, even when they are far from home. A flagship feature of IRH Pigeon Forge is the large courtyard at the center of the U-shaped resident halls. With seating areas for cooking out and yard games for cutting loose after work, the courtyard is a popular area for our residents to enjoy time together and host events like the annual talent show.

Safety
- We are staffed 24/7 and keeping you safe is our highest priority. Our building is equipped with RFID access to enter the building and to access rooms.
- We have live video monitoring in all common areas, hallways and outdoor areas.
Rent
- We prioritize keeping rent affordable for our guests at every location.
- Rent is paid weekly and can be paid through our portal or in cash at the front desk.
Lease
- We understand that most of our guests are here for a limited time, so our leases are created to accommodate your length of stay.
Rooms
Each room has:
- bathroom
- shower
- 2 sinks
- refrigerator
- microwave
- table, chairs
- 4 wardrobes (one per person) and
- 4 beds (2 upper bunks, 2 lower bunks)
- its own heating/cooling unit that you can adjust to your comfort

What We Provide
Essential Linens
- 1 Pillow and 1 Pillowcase
- 1 Fitted Sheet
- 1 Flat Sheet
- 1 Blanket
- 1 Bath Towel
- 6 hangers for each wardrobe
- Keycard access for entering the building and your assigned room
Other Amenities
- Each guest will pay a minimal, one-time laundry fee when they move in. After that, laundry machines will be available for unlimited use 24/7
- Community Room for hanging out, watching soccer games, etc.
- Gaming stations
- Community kitchens for preparing your own food and dining tables to dine with friends
What To Bring

- Toilet paper
- Cleaning supplies
- Personal items such as toiletries, phone charger, etc.
- Pots and Pans (for the community kitchens)
- Plates, bowls, utensils, etc.
