Mary Maniak
General Manager

Mary Maniak is the General Manager of IRH Wisconsin Dells, a role she has held since the location’s opening 10 years ago. Having owned and operated a hotel in Wisconsin Dells for 12 years prior to joining IRH, Mary brings a wealth of experience to her position.

Mary is passionate about meeting people from all over the world and takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment that feels like home for the residents. She actively supports her team by listening to their ideas and suggestions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that contributes to the overall success of IRH. One of the aspects Mary enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to be a “mom” to 1,400 people every summer, ensuring that each resident has a positive and memorable experience.

Outside of work, Mary has been happily married to her husband for 33 years, and together they have twin boys. Originally from Poland, Mary enjoys sharing her heritage through her famous Polish Sausage, a favorite among friends and family. She also loves going on walks in local parks and taking vacations to warm, tropical destinations. Mary is deeply involved in the community through her support of the non-profit International Angels, helping residents connect with the local community and enjoy their time in the Wisconsin Dells.
