The primary goal of IRH is to create a safe, inviting space for residents to thrive and build community during their time in our halls. With our welcoming and inclusive design elements like community kitchens and living spaces, developing friendships that feel like family is not only inevitable - it’s nearly effortless.
From educational events to cultural exchanges, the Host Team works to create avenues and opportunities for residents to experience a myriad of places and people both within our residence halls and our community. As we prioritize the safety and well-being of each resident who calls IRH “home,” our Hosts are accessible 24/7. The IRH hospitality team values each resident and their security above any other aspect of our roles as caretakers in each residential facility.
