Isabel Manuel Rodriguez

Isabel Manuel Rodriguez is the Residence Director at IRH Myrtle Beach. Born in Wilmington, NC, and raised here in Myrtle Beach, she brings both local insight and true dedication to building community into her role. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration Technology from Horry Georgetown Technical College, along with certifications in Administrative Support and Human Resources. Prior to joining IRH, Isabel served as an HR Coordinator at a full-service, high-volume resort, where she supported a team of over 800 employees. Her background in HR has sharpened her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; key strengths she brings to the IRH team.

Isabel is passionate about being a resource and advocate for others. As a bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish, she plays a crucial role in creating an inclusive environment where both residents and staff feel supported and understood. She takes pride in helping others navigate challenges, build connections, and feel at home, and finds great joy in seeing people from diverse cultures come together and form lasting bonds.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys traveling, running, practicing yoga, dancing, and spending time on the beach. She’s also an adrenaline enthusiast who has been skydiving! A proud big sister and daughter of Mexican heritage, Isabel stays connected to her community by being approachable, actively listening, and supporting those around her. Whether she’s exploring local restaurants, crabbing in Cherry Grove, or walking the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, Isabel finds energy in new experiences and is excited to help residents do the same.
