Tommy Olson is a seasoned Corporate Banking Executive with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. With his extensive expertise, he navigates the intricate landscapes of finance, specializing in the identification, qualification, and securement of new project equity and financing for International Residence Hall.

A scholar at heart, Tommy holds two Master’s Degrees; one from Marquette University in Applied Economics and the second from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee – Lubar School of Business in Financial Analysis. His academic journey began with a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, culminating in his completion of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tommy is deeply rooted in community service. He has dedicated his time and expertise to organizations such as Norris, Inc., a residential treatment center and school for young males, and the Center for Families in Madison. Tommy’s commitment to the well-being of his community extends to his involvement in youth sports, where he actively fosters the growth and development of future generations.

Tommy Olson serves as our primary financial strategist, overseeing the identification, qualification, and securement of new project equity and financing. With his extensive background as a Corporate Banking Executive, Tommy brings a deep understanding of corporate finance and strategic partnerships. His ability to engage with capital markets participants, community equity partners, banks, and other stakeholders will be instrumental in acquiring project financing to allow us to keep growing and serving more communities.
