Ron is the Vice President of Operations and Development, as well as the Owners Representative for International Residence Hall. Ron is responsible for all aspects of new facility development from inception to student resident move in. He also oversees the IRH operations team to maximize process, procedure, and financial efficiency. Ron is passionate about ensuring a culture built on trust, mutual respect, comradery, and teamwork.
Ron started his construction career more than 20 years ago in the world of concrete where he quickly expanded into framing and finish carpentry, then into General Contracting where he became a licensed General Contractor in 7 states. Ron has been successful in all levels of management from single offices, to regions, to divisional territories with hundreds of personnel under his guidance and leadership. With no challenge too big or small, Ron prides himself on always being the “Go to” person to solve a problem.
Ron owes his drive and discipline to succeed from being a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He started in infantry, then went on to the Fleet Anti-terrorist Strike team, and ended his career in personal security for a high-ranking military official and his family.
When not working, Ron’s world revolves around his wife of 27 years, their son and their bulldog, usually on a golf course in the summer or snowmobile in the winter.
