Born and raised in Northern Virginia just minutes from the nation’s capital, Ashley has experience across a variety of industries. From sports coaching and hospitality management to being a personal organizer, her drive and attention to detail are assets to the IRH team.
Ashley first joined Holtz Companies in 2021 where she worked as a Project Assistant for Holtz Builders. As a Project Assistant, she gained a unique perspective in the design and construction of our award-winning IRH Pigeon Forge facility.
Fascinated by our operations and future growth, Ashley joined the IRH team as a RevOps Manager in 2023. Working behind the scenes, she aids in the opening of new facilities, manages bed inventory across three states, and ensures that each IRH location is set up for administrative success.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Scott, and four dogs: Cooper, Cody, Zeta, and Jackson. They can often be found exploring all of the beauty – and coffee – that East Tennessee has to offer.
